Shipping and Returns


Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to leave the warehouse. Once your order ships, it typically takes 2-5 business days in transit depending on where you are located.

We provide flat rate standard shipping of $5 for all scarf orders shipped within the continental United States.

Orders over $150 receive FREE SHIPPING!

We offer Expedited Shipping: USPS 2-3 day priority mail for $13. You can select this option at the end of checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to leave the warehouse.

We use USPS First Class Mail for all orders that are expedited. We offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at no additional charge.

POST OFFICE ERRORS: We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged by the Post Office.

RETURNED MAIL: We are not responsible for re-shipping packages that are returned to us because the address provided by the customer was incorrect. The buyer will be responsible for repaying for shipping and handling before we will send the package again.

RETURN POLICY: At, we take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Besides the exceptions “non-refundable items” listed below, we will accept returns on items purchased from if they are returned unused, in original condition and in original packaging within 30 DAYS of being received.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the nature of our products, it is VERY important that BOTH the Scough Scarf and Scough Barrier have not been opened and are in their original sealed bags. We CANNOT accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can send out a replacement item and arrange to have the item picked up from you.

To return an item please contact us and we will send you return instructions including an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. does NOT accept returns on merchandise obtained from any retailer other than

It is the customers responsibility to ship the return back (and pay for the return shipping) to Scough. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund (minus original shipping charges) will be credited back to the form of payment used in the original transaction. If the item has been opened or used, you will be charged a 25% “restocking fee”.

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped via the customer's choice of DHL, USPS, or UPS which typically takes 12-30 days in transit. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Due to duty/import tax regulations and to remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as "gifts". Therefore, you will be charged the appropriate duty and import taxes on the items you purchase from us.
