Refund policy

At WearAScough.com, we take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Besides the exceptions “non-refundable items” listed below, we will accept returns on items purchased from WearAScough.com if they are returned unused, in original condition and in original packaging within 30 days of being received.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can send out a replacement item and arrange to have the item picked up from you.

Non refundable items:
- Items from clearance, sale, and any special promotion are final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Gift cards

To return an item please contact us and we will send you return instructions including an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

WearAScough.com does NOT accept returns on merchandise obtained from any retailer other than WearAscough.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved Once we receive a returned item, your refund will be credited back to the form of payment used in the original transaction.
