Shipping & Returns
Scough offers our customers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept any opened filters for any reason.
If you need to return a Scough product because the product doesn’t fit or another reason, please contact us to go through the return process.
Safety and the health of all our customers, staff etc. is our number one priority here at Scough, please be considerate of the current environment when handling your returned products. Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee. (Usually just return shipping costs)

Scough reserves the right to refuse any returns that violate our return policy.
All cancellations and returns must be confirmed with a cancellation notice or returns with an RMA number.
If you have a damaged product, you need to do the following:
- Contact customer service by phone (914-220-8656) or email. (email@example.com)
- Include images that showcase product damages.
- We will send you a free return label to return the damaged product(s) to us and we will send out a replacement product to you.
- If you require a refund, we will issue a return label. Upon receiving your returned items, we will issue a refund for the value of your Scough product (minus the cost of the filter if opened).

Once shipped, orders can take anywhere from 12 - 35 days in transit, depending on location. Customers are responsible for customs and taxes on all packages and we will not accept refunds or cancellations of orders if duties are not paid. Contact us before placing an order to learn about specific customs duties or where to purchase in your country.
